Your 10 GB holds roughly a few thousand stories, about 4,000 photos, or 80 short video clips — and you can add 25 GB blocks any time you need them.
By the real size of what you keep. On average a story is about 12 KB, a photo about 2 MB once tidied, a short video about 100 MB, and a document about 1 MB.
You get a heads-up when you reach 80% of your storage. Add a 25 GB block any time — the extra is charged pro-rata for the rest of the month.

Yes. You can drop back at any time and the change takes effect at the start of your next month — just make sure your content fits the smaller size first.
Refunds are set out in our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time, and cancelling ends the subscription at the end of the current billing period.
