Verified agents read a listing's LIM on the same free terms as any buyer — no special back-door — and no one browses another listing's disclosure. Access carries conduct terms and every copy is watermarked. Every read is logged, but for one purpose only — resolving a complaint: Homeground never shows a seller who has read their LIM, and no one browses the log.
